Market Day Skittles

Come and try Skittles - Free of Charge!

The Skittles Alley is now open every Market Day 10.30am to 11.30am

It is marvellous fun and everybody enjoys it - both young and old.
So come along and have a throw. 
Parents, feel free to drop and shop. 
 Enjoy the market whilst your children have a great time!
 


Parish Pub Supper Evenings

The once-a-month “Pub Night” at the George suggested by Marilyn Palmer has been very successful ever since the start in June 2005. Wendy and Richard have also been delighted and intend to expand on the menu variety, as follows:

Main Course – choices:
  • 2 Meat dishes with vegetables or salad
  • A fish dish with vegetables or salad
  • A vegetarian dish
    Followed by:…………
  • A choice of dessert.

The price is £10, however the dishes on offer will vary to give variety throughout the year.

The Pub Supper Evenings take place on the first Wednesday of one month followed by the first Thursday of the next month. The next date is:
